Jackie Felton, it was a pleasure working with her. I needed to make sure I got to the class before Jan. 18,2022. I also did not know how to make a payment for the class me and my nephew need to attend.
Not only was she helpful to me due to the payment but she helped me to get into the right class as she had noticed, I signed us up for the wrong class.
Jackie had sent me a text within minutes of me sending her a email concerning my situation. She also called me back right away and I had missed her call. She answered on the next phone call and was a great help to me. Had she not been so helpful, I know I would have had more than one issue. This all happened in under I believe 10 minutes.
So Jackie I am writing this review as a big Thank you from My nephew and myself. You rock!!!!
