Great Experiences with this Lender! As a someone who is in the real estate industry you experience a lot of lenders. The goal is for every lender is get numbers to the borrower well in advance with no hiccups at or before the getting to the table. This lender exceeds expectation with flying colors! As a first time homebuyer I worked with Felipe throughout this process and Felipe was extremely helpful, attentive, and caring he was always there to answer any questions we had he explained everything in detail and made sure we understood everything. Felipe constantly checked in with us making sure everything was going good throughout the whole process ensuring we were satisfied with everything he never made us feel rushed and was extremely welcoming from the beginning.
