Candice is incredible! Were a busy family with a little one and we did not think it was possible to sell our home and buy in a new neighborhood but Candice made it possible. We had such a wonderful experience with Candice being our realtor. She was on the ball with everything from start to finish. We appreciated her being there for all of our new home walk through's. She took all of the notes and followed up to make sure everything was take care of with the builder. We even got the most perfect welcome home gift from her. Candice was great to work with. As a homeowner I had a lot of pride and sentimental value in my home. Candice talked to me realistically and brought in her mentor for his valuable opinion. She came up with the best strategy for selling my home. It was a quite time in the market, mid February, and she found the sweet spot. We went live on a Thursday morning with my listing and there was a frenzy for lack of a better term. In three and a half days there was 160+ showings, this is not an exaggeration. We met that Sunday to discuss offers and we had 17 solid offers and chose to go with the best one, $22,500 over asking price. Her strategy and understanding of the market was spot on. We sold the house just days before covid19 crisis, thank god for great timing, hard work and maybe a little luck. Thank you Candice, you did great.
