I was referred to Joseph at Zero Flat through Smooth Ride. I was in a big bind with my vehicle breaking down and Joseph was able to get me seen, in and out the door, within an hour. Not only are the guys there super friendly, but Joseph does a great job educating the customer on the ins and outs of mechanical issues. He is super quick to respond to any messages or concerns I have about my cars maintenance! New to the area and feeling grateful to find a mechanic as hospitable, knowledgeable and friendly as the guys at Josephs shop. 10/10 recommend! Joe was very knowledgeable and helpful with the issues I was having with my truck. Ran a fairly priced diagnostic on it and helped me go over my options and with making a decision. Will definitely continue going back with my vehicles.

Joe went above and beyond to help me. I felt very comfortable talking with him. The price I was charged for a quick diagnostic, honest feedback and a great service was fair and even lower than I expected. Bonus, he was super chill about answering all my questions! Would definitely go back and refer all my friends.
