With some insurance companies, you call up and have to explain any given situation over and over again, because you don't actually get 'an agent'. With the Kathleen Johnson Agency you get the best advocate for your needs... ever. Here's an example. Me: "Kathleen I sold my truck a couple weeks ago and forgot to tell you." Kathleen: "Ok well send me the bill of sale with the date and we'll refund you for those two weeks of coverage." Simple as that! I could go on and on.......

Kathy provided great education for our home and auto insurance. Previously I was covered by another insurer for 5 years and never was told my auto coverage was vulnerable. Kathy was our savior at many levels. It was late in the day when we discovered an issue with our former insurance carrier [State Farm booo]. Anyway, Kathy was able to walk and talk us through the process and was able to acquire coverage for both our home and vehicle in less than 24 hours. Although the rates increased a bit, we upgraded our coverage. However it has been work every cent due to her service and peace of mind. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND KATHLEEN JOHNSON 100%
