The temperature outside was -2 or -4 last night and of course my furnace went out! I was in a jam and worried that I would not be able to get someone out fast enough and that it would be costly. I stumbled upon Northglenn Heating & Air who had an appointment available same day. The tech, Art, was amazing to work with. He was very kind and personable, identified the problem and had it fixed right away! It is because of Art I will be a repeat customer. Thank you! Service: Heating system repair

When we requested a estimate, we told the company we lived in a old mobile home. The tech, Aaron told us he would have the estimate for us with in 4 business days. Two weeks later, after 5 phone calls a person, stated Aaron had not even started the estimate and she understood if we had to go elsewhere! Why send a tech out and take 2 hours of our time ? Just tell you don't want our business!!!

I am extremely happy with Northglenn Heating's responsive customer service (no computer answering or automated menus!) and the very thorough furnace maintenance checks that Ron did. He explained everything clearly and made sure he answered all of my questions. They have a competitively priced combined furnace/AC yearly maintenance program too. There are a lot of options for home HVAC maintenance in the area, but based on this experience I would highly recommend Northglenn. Service: Heating maintenance
