Always short on the fries. This is the 'large' I ordered. The picture says it all. 3/19/2024 update from 2 to 1 star. It's like they literally pressed their whole hand down on both my daughter's and my cheeseburger to the flattest possible state; it feels like the employees are intentionally doing it at this point. Manager was on his phone watching tik tok or something while not acknowledging me. Once another employee finally came from the back I was greeted, and my food that had been sitting there the whole time getting even colder/staler. Fries were burnt and old. Nuggets tasted old and chewy not fresh. Burgers smashed. Will do everything in my power to avoid this McDonald's in the future. I eat McD's 2-6 times a week minimum. I will go out of my way to the between 120th and Grant in the future or the ones off 104th closer to Federal.

placed an order on mcdonald's app at 10:16am. arrived at the store at 10:25. they didnt have my food ready and the manager was very incompetent as she did not help locate my order. therefore, the order was canceled at 10:41 and the manager just stared at me. i was clearly frusted with her incompetence, she did not apologize or try to fix things. very poor manager behavior and customer service skills. im done with McDonald's at this point, using my points and deleting the app for sure because of this location and manager.
