Full disclosure, James is a client of mine. That being said, he helped me with a six point speeding ticket and he was able to reduce it down tremendously. Jim Colgan is by far the best legal representative I have ever worked with. He is unbelievably skilled and caring, as well as empathetic and informative. He guided me through all the steps and was there for every question I had along the way. He is extremely knowledgeable and skilled. I highly recommend him to ANYONE seeking ANY kind of legal advice.

This attorney was not capable of serving subpoenas in time resulting in an 8 month delay of my trial. He intentionally withheld DA's evidence from me. He lied to me during trial regarding discovery evidence he had all along but never showed me. He failed to enter important evidence on my behalf. He doodled during my trial and had to be interrupted by the judge to stop and answer pertinent questions several times. He should not be practicing law. You can not trust him. This is not hearsay. This is all in court records. Avoid this clown at all cost.

June 7, 2021 James kept me informed about my options and provided excellent advice about how to best proceed after my car accident. I was able able to get the care I needed, which was my main concern. He has the experience to provide informed advice. I would recommend him!
