Dutch Bros Coffee

The staff here are nice but Ive been here over 10 times and never once have they came out to take my order while waiting in line. Every other location Ive been to has someone who takes orders in line so this is by far the slowest location. I just make sure when you come here you have 10-20 minutes to wait for your drink and youll be fine.

I was honestly disgusted and offended at the service I received tonight. The workers were ignoring me and making my drink horribly disgusting. As a fellow Dutch bros worker, Im pretty used to tasting my coffee, and what I ordered did not taste like coffee whatsoever. I had only tried the coffee as I was getting on the highway, as I had somewhere to be. By the time I returned an hour later, I was met with rude faces and eye rolls. When I got my refund and I was leaving, Skylar N. Im assuming, yelled out a very rude and snarky comment. I am so disappointed in this shop.

5/5 stars! Ive been a regular for the last few years and I couldnt speak more highly of this location! The staff is always amazing and customer service/quality is just as great!
