Hi Carol,I am sorry we didn't meet your needs. I very much appreciate you reaching out and letting us know of our deficiencies. In response to your letter I reviewed our Tech notes, pictures and machine tests for your vehicle to see where we could have done better.  Based on the results we had at the time, I don't think we could have made a recommendation to replace your starter. The corrosion on your negative battery terminal end (vehicle side not battery) was causing a voltage drop (9.6v) at the starter solenoid. After cleaning the voltage returned to 11.7v and Amp draw never exceeded 80 amps.  We have a hard time offering a replacement of a component if we aren't certain it has failed. We do guarantee our diagnosis' if we missed something  we will gladly recheck your vehicle for free. We have a passion unmatched by anybody for our customers. We believe our family is here to serve your family. We are Fair, honest and transparent. We do attempt to look out for our customers safety, comfort, and pocket book. If you recall your first visit with us we replaced the caliper hardware, pins, guides and boots on us. Additionally, we comped your vehicle alignment. This latest experience is unfortunate.
