image Worst experience Ive had or could imagine. Ive sold 4 homes in the last 10 years. I cant really even express how bad it is in a short review. Examples: immediately sending back a 5 day extension on an offer even though I was ready to respond because she was headed to the mountains. Tried another time to extend 5 days instead of just respond. It was so bad- the buyer threatened me because he assumed I mist have changed my mind about the sale. Told me she was at a concert enjoying time with her friends once as a reason to not email buyers agent. She blatantly went against my instructions. It baffles me. I still cant wrap my head around this experience. It was a nightmare really. Buyer was the first offer- so it wasnt like I was taking too long for an MLS agent.

Forgot about and bags of trash. I reinstated the trash for 3 months because of a few bags. The buying realtor was also difficult and was insisting on a crew maybe for the cleaning - I cant exactly remember? But charged 100s of
Dollars. I had had enough of a terrible transaction many times over so- I said no- and meant it. Hed just have to throw it out. - and against my clear wishes- Kathy paid for it herself. She went behind my back and paid them and then acted like I should still foot the bill.

The previous owners and didnt freak out. Everyone I spoke after this all happened to said it was fairly normal to have a few items or some
Junk left over from previous owner. It happens. It wasnt worth an additional few hundred dollars. I reinstated the trash just in case.

Hi Kate - I am not sure why you would be replying from a sale that occurred in October of last year. After I had to pay to have the junk removed from the house after closing, your father called to explain that you had a history of instability and offered to help pay for my out of pocket expenses. Hopefully you can move on and enjoy your life.
