My experience with this company are rude employees, who are hard to get a hold off, often weeks would go by without any type of response. Trying to jack up rent with hidden fees in ridiculously long 50 page contracts. Increasing utility bills for things that dont work properly and they arent willing to fix. Telling us we need to pay extra for a renters benefit package that was full of things my partner and I already had ( renters insurance, identity protection from a company we already used). Prime example of being rude and unprofessional would be looking at the responses they give to people who gave low reviews. These are the prime examples of land-leeches.
