        Did not bring package to office as driver promised. Simply left at the bottom of stairs to office building. Driver lied.

        Delivery attempt not made. Business closed. Will deliver in 2 days Business was open and we were waiting for the delivery. You didnt even try to make a Saturday delivery. And the location is a regular stop for you 1 mile away!

        These delivery drivers refuse to knock or ring the door bell if signature is required they will just leave a note saying attempted delivery even when someone is home and you have to jump through hoops to be able to pick it up this has happened multiple times

        The person working there that my wife talked to was very nice, but the reason my wife was there was to locate one of the 5 tires we ordered that never showed up. Although someone unknown signed for it.
