Proximity

We have been on Proxmity 2.5 years now. It is so easy to use, and the support is amazing. We are opening a new location later this year so I decided I should see what else is out there and how they compare. I went through several other platform demos and I don't see any reason to use any other platfomr. I'm a huge Proximity fan!!

Our members love being able to access the door, manage their membership, and book a meeting space right from the phone app! The wave system has been a game-changer. Members like the convenience of receiving a text when their clients arrive and I appreciate the added level of security. I've been able to spend less time managing the day-to-day operations and more time connecting with people! Speaking of people - the support team is top notch! Kind, patient and helpful!

When we first started we used another coworking software and it was so huge and hard to understand. Customer service was not ideal as it was not in our time zone. When we decided to make a switch we went local. We were so excited that we had humans that answered questions, provided help, and rooted for us in our own area. Watching the changes, upgrades, new items etc be executed and delivered was so exciting! The Proximity software is a wonderful all encompassing program for our coworking space including the app for our members to get into the building with their digital keys. Their customer service for any support our business may need is TOP NOTCH. Emily is the one that usually handles our questions and she takes great care of us. As a new Coworking space owner, I had and still have so many questions. I know the team at Proximity will get back to me in a timely manner. There are so many components to the software and Ive only tapped into part of it. I have a good friend that is opening up a photography studio share and she asked for a system recommendation and for me to refer Proximity to her was a no-brainer. I love that when I have a question, a real live chat bot responds in a timely manner with answers that really requires human to answer!
