        All my interactions with West Montrose sanitation were extremely positive. Everyone was so kind and professional from start of service to end of service. I had a credit that I didnt know about on my account after moving and I received a refund extremely quickly. I do wish all the other utilities out here were as pleasant as everyone here.

        It is western, it is sanitary. I'm not sure if it's district 9 or not. After a few more political moves we might see a mockingbird or two.
