        I took to three trips to that store to get help. Nick and another guy gave me what they said I needed based on photos. I still couldn’t do the job so I called my plumber. He couldn’t use the cartridge because he said it was damaged. I had not tried to use it because I broke the handle, hence a plumber. I tried to take it back but was told that since I didn’t have an account I was not able to get a refund. I was told I was not responsible, even offered to buy a new faucet from them. But to no avail. I’ve asked my plumber not to buy from them. I will tell everyone I know that they don’t care about non responsible customers! They don’t need our busines.

        They had a direct cross reference to an obsolete boiler flame igniter part that I needed badly to restore my hot water. Fast, friendly and very technically competent service. Wow.
