Ate there a couple times without incident, then took my family and several of us ordered the smoked brisket. What they brought out were plates full of fat that should have never been served. Chef should not have put it on the plate, waitress should have refused to serve it. Manager said they had a catering job, apparently if you eat in the restaurant you get the far scraps. Haven't been back since.

This was my first time visiting this place. I was very happy with the food. The flavors and tenderness were amazing. The service towards us was good. However, I witnessed a party of 7 walk-in, and not one staff member greeted them for over 5 minutes. I understand they may have been waiting for tables to leave, but no communication with the group really upset me. I spent 15 years in the service industry a long time ago, but I do still hold high standards for places. That just didn't sit well with me. The least amount of effort would be to speak with the customers and let them know what the plan is. I did enjoy the food and will return, I just hope management steps up.
