SureStay Plus By Best Western Montrose

Refused service to extended family who had moved to Denver but still had local address on license. Won't service locals even those on west end 2 hour drive. What if was abused spouse trying to find safe place. Find another motel.

Rooms were comfortable, clean decent size, fit 4 of us comfortably, quite and overall nice!! Bathroom is a bit small and set up a bit weird. Heat lamp worked great and was a nice touch to the room! AC/heater unit was quite and worked great! Breakfast was ok, wish there was a little bit more options. Wifi was fast and worked great! The guy that check us in was friendly, check us in quickly and was overall great, didn't catch his name though! Didn't see many staff but what I did see seemed friendly! Definitely would recommend! :)

Beautiful redone rooms great staff good prices love the pool and hot tub too! Definitely recomend Rooms: Newly redone comfy beds Walkability: Maybe 5 minutes from downtown Montrose Food & drinks: Delicious breakfast bar/continental great selection of breakfast items Delicious coffee

Very frustrating experience tonight! Went to check in however the red head unstable concierge wouldnt rent to me because I am a local. Keep in mind I stayed a few nights a few months back when my water line broke at the house we just sold. We now live out of town but havent had a chance to change my ID. Very rude and would NOT recommend.
