Had to submit our elk head for CWD mandatory testing today. They only had one person working. When we arrived there were 3 people ahead of us. When we left there were around 7 people in line after us and a few others that showed up then left when they saw the line. The person working was going as fast as she could but it would have been nice if there were more people working to make it go faster/smother since it is mandatory that we bring in the head. It took over an hour in line to get our testing done.

These employees are about the best in the word, friendly, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Awesome people. Says alot about how the State of Colorado is managing its natural resources.

What a pleasure it was working with Dawn Bresett at Montrose DOW. The day before opening day and of course we still needed to license the ATVs. She was awesome, extremely pleasant and very thorough. My group wanted me to add that she was very friendly, kind, courteous, funny, helpful and efficient - even with a long line of customers. Well done, Dawn!
