My 4 year old LOVES coming here. All of the staff are amazing. I couldn't thank them enough for giving my son amazing experiences every time.

Very bad customer service, the young girl at the front desk was very rude. Two of my children had an appointment at the same time but we where 10 minutes late and when we got there they only called in one of my kids, after she was done we sat in the waiting area and waiting almost an hour for them to take in my other kid but they didnt. When we ask what was taking si long they said that they couldnt attend us because we were 10 minutes late. I asked why they couldnt tell me that before or why didnt they even bother to say anything since we were sitting there for a long time. They told me they didnt say anything because they didnt speak Spanish when clearly one of girls in the back did which I was speaking to. When she asked me if I wanted to reschedule because I was very annoyed, the girl that spoke Spanish to me laughed and I got very angry because clearly the situation wasnt funny. They were very rude and I felt discriminated.

My kiddo loves Smiles 4 Kids. She is always eager for dental appointments. All the hygienists and the Dentist are absolutely amazing! Each time I call, Bonnie is always so pleasant and kind and she makes scheduling a breeze. We are extremely thankful for Smiles 4 Kids! They are the best pediatric dental office we have been to.
