whatever you do, stay FAR away from this device. Reads are so inconsistent and will pick up a positive read on anything from perfume to hairspray. I know it will be more expensive to use another service, but PLEASE do yourself a favor and try some other UA test. It will be more expensive for you to go to court again for something you did not do.

Don't answer phone when you need them and when they call you back all they say is to redownload the app everything is good on their end had to attempt troubleshoot through Google...i cancelled my account with them.... uninstalled the app. And notified them i won't be using them anymore since i was going to turn myself in and they taking billing from my card ... When asked why they said because my PO had to tell them ..i advised them that she had known about it and was told by her to find another service agency and they still billing.... So i told them i was going to go drop the monitor off and they said i have to ship it to Colorado..i asked them why if that's not where i picked it up from .. And why should I have to pay shipping and handling cost.. They said i signed that ....i looked at the policy and it says no such thing ... WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE... It's your life at stake and they don't take it seriously nor do they handle things professionally

Good luck on getting a response from them. Once they get a contract , they totally foget about you. The sales person Mike will ignore your calls and emails. There is no top tier management to complain to. Don't waste your time and money. The data reporting is horrible. No detail of location. The app crash and my client missed their check in. And they didn't notify me. I had to find out by a client of their issues. And I've been waiting on a refund from them for over 5 months. And still they are dodging me.
