        Gary was an incredible help! I hired him to give me a quote for a Vapor Barrier installation in a crawl space in a house I was thinking of purchasing and in the process he discovered a much bigger construction issue with mold and rotting wood that the inspector had missed. Not only did Gary take the time to listen to my initial concerns and schedule a consult on short notice, but he then took the time and care to really scrutinize the moisture issues in the house and provide thoughtful advice, a incredibly thorough inspection and offer concrete solutions. We didn't purchase the house in the end, but I would not hesitate to recommend Gary as a knowledgeable and honest broker of advice on water mitigation issues.
