    I had an incredible experience with this Body Shop. It took a long time, but all due to battling with the insurance company. But they did all the battling and were very reassuring to me the entire time. By the time all said and done... my car looked as good as the day I bought it. Not only was everything repaired fully, but my car was detailed beautifully. I would highly recommend this very professional service company to anyone.

    Total ripoff. Will never go here again. $850 to replace headlight bulbs and to tell me I might need struts. Im all for supporting the local business owner, but theyre gouging the customer. Youre better off traveling to another local business that values their consumers.

Martin,I'm sorry to hear of your disappointment. I looked into it and found there was more to it than just replacing headlight bulbs. You asked us to diagnose the loose steering. In addition, the message displayed said your taillight was out but all lights in the rear seemed to be working fine so some diagnosis was needed there as well. Therefore, there was quite a bit more to it than just replacing the headlight bulbs. Many people don't understand why they are charged a diagnosis fee but the reason is that diagnosis is the most difficult part of the job. It takes a considerable amount of time to find the issue especially on a 10 year old car with close to 100,000 miles. According to the paperwork my technician did his job and listed all issues that could be considered in the steering issue including the overinflated tires. That is also true for the headlight/taillight issue which stated the taillight was out even though it wasn't. Codes were pulled, wiring and connectors were checked etc. So to be clear, the charge was not just for headlight bulbs. There was quite a bit of diagnosis as well. I hope that helps clarify any misunderstandings.
