Well let me start out by saying that this man has the patience of a saint. We decided to sell our home in Windsor during one of the craziest times in Colorado Real Estate history in the hopes of purchasing a new home with some acreage away from the constant development and growing traffic problems in Windsor. We listed in fall of 2021 and although we had dozens of showings, we had yet to receive an offer. After much thought, we pulled our listing and did some renovations on our home. Jerry was patient and understanding and in the meantime was still sending us listings of properties that fit our needs and taking us on regular viewings, even at properties quite a ways away. When we re-listed in the spring of 2022, Jerry was putting in many hours of Open Houses and networking to get our home sold. He did everything he could to sell our home and his hard work was rewarded with an offer on our home at full asking price. So now on to our search for a new home. We now were on a time crunch to find the one and a few deals fell through but Jerry was determined to find us our forever home. My husband is extremely picky, stubborn and probably not the easiest client to work with (sorry honey!), but Jerry stayed the course and used every resource at his disposal to find the property of our dreams and negotiate us the best price and conditions. He saved us $160K and made it look easy! I can tell you that navigating the home buying or selling process is never easy. Its never a slam dunk. But with someone like Jerry Farris representing you, rest easy and know that he will do what it takes to make your dreams a reality. I met Jerry when I emailed general questions to him through a listing I found online. He was EXTREMELY helpful with all my questions and answered everything in a timely manner. I told him my situation and the type of home I was looking for. He sent me a few links to look at and when we met in person at the first showing, he told me he had the PERFECT home for me and my little family. Sure enough it was everything I wanted in a home in the price range I was looking for. He set me up with different lenders and walked me through every step of the way. Less than one month later we were closing! Then he came over on moving day, in the cold rain and helped us unload the truck. I thought buying a home was going to be a long drawn out headache and he made the entire process easy, fast and fun!
