Evergreen Eco Clean

This isn’t a cleaning company that I’d recommend for a few reasons. The quote is over the phone and they don’t actually come and see what’s important to you or what you’d prefer your home cleaning to look like. She quotes a flat fee but her employees stay a maximum of 2 hours unless it’s the first cleaning and you pay $360+. Our flat fee on 1500 Sq Ft was $170 it’s just 2 of us, we don’t have children and 1 dog with short hair. At first we were fine with this but then the cleaner varied from 1.5-2 hours. Ceiling fans, exposed curtain rods, some dusting (shelving In the bathroom), wine bottles, picture frames were being missed. I also would leave additional tip $10 for the cleaner. When you do the math Evergreen Eco Clean was charging us $85+ an hour. Now, I don’t mind paying good money, but if the quality and service doesn’t match that I feel like I’m being taken advantage of. The cleaners were always late, we have a Ring doorbell so we can see all entries and exits. They charge a $50 cancellation fee which we’ve never done, but if they cancel on you, you have to deal with it and there isn’t a discount. I called her to let her know things were being missed she assured me those things shouldn’t be missed and that there is a 24hr period that they’d have the cleaner come back. I called her another 2 times, one time even telling her that I didn’t feel like I was getting the service I was paying for. All of these complaints she never once said how can I make this right or I’m sorry let me give you a discount on the next one. Today they were supposed to be here at 9am to clean, at 9:35 I texted and she said she sent me an email to reschedule that I never got. Again, no apology no hey let me see what I can do for you, she didn’t care. She sent someone over in the afternoon the girl stayed 1.5 hours ($170 flat fee $115 for the first hour and $55 for 30 mins). That is $1.89 a minute! The owner says that they do 1 complimentary bed change with their service. The cleaner didn’t make the bed and didn’t dust the round shelving in the bathroom, the ceiling fans are so dusty that you can see it piled on (which also means 2 weeks ago they didn’t dust those either). To say I’m disappointed is an understatement, Evergreen Eco Clean is over priced and they do not deliver good service. Although they seem professional, the examples above do not demonstrate professionalism or an owner that cares about her clients. I would not recommend their services to any one.It definitely felt like they took their money and ran today! Service: Standard clean

Kimberly and her crew do a wonderful job. Very thorough and takes great pride in their work. Very dependable and truly care for their customers.

WOW!!!! I just had Evergreen Eco Clean do my house and Amanda and Corrina did a fantastic job!! We had moved into this house in October. I had my shoulder replaced right after that! So, unpacking and cleaning weren’t getting done at the speed I normally am capable of. Plus we have 2 dogs and 2 cats so there were fluff balls everywhere!!! My house looks like a home now!! It is spotless and smells so clean!! I can hardly wait until next Monday when they come back! The owner, Kimberley Gonzales is so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. With constant communications, I knew exactly who, what, where and when!! I highly recommend Evergreen Eco Clean. You can’t go wrong!! Laurie in Berthoud, CO
