What an incredibly beautiful store and the staff is absolutely top notch and very kind... I definitely recommend when you're looking for a gift for someone or perhaps treating yourself to something special this is the shop to look in in Loveland.

Ive shopped at Cloz to Home for years and love the quality of the products and the small downtown business feel of the store. I come from out of town to visit the store in Loveland. I was disappointed shopping yesterday with my daughter. The sales lady asked me are you sure you want to try that on it is very expensive!? I was stunned! I am very familiar with the brands in the store and can afford anything in that store but the fact that I was questioned was not only embarrassing but unnecessary. I was dressed in casual clothes because I took my new puppy to the groomers and my daughter asked me to leave right away to meet her at Dougs. But is this a reason to judge individuals? When I handed the lady my credit card card for my 325.00 order she was impressed by the weight of my card, again judgement, but this time she realized I had money. I will say I will still continue to visit the store asI love the product quality and typically I enjoy the service. I do not believe this is indicative of the core beliefs of this business.
