If I could give them a higher rating I would! Our family has been going through the loss of our home and belongings, it has been an incredibly large project for them and a very hard time on us as a family, with two toddlers and six animals involved. Mike and his crew have been truly heaven-sent for our family. They have done everything in their power to help us move through this impossible situation. They worked non stop, long hours and go above and beyond their scope of work to help. Mike ALWAYS takes my calls and truly is a diamond in a world full of companies that just want money and nothing more. He runs his business with compassion, heart, grit, and can truly stand behind the work of him and his team. They truly genuinely care about people its not just a company you call for help its a family unit that cares to help your family get through hard times and loss no matter the job size. Mike and his team are very professional, quick to respond, respectful employees who preform exceptional work. I can not stress enough how hard it has been to get through what we are going through, to have Mike and his team care on such a personal and professional level the way they do is very hard to find these days. It doesn't get any better than this from a company. I would recommend them a hundred times over. They truly care and are there to help! They showed up quickly, which was appreciated, but did not do a complete job as I've been advised that removal of sub floor that was soaked in the flood, should have been removed. Now I have to hire someone to do that in addition to everything they did remove because they don't actually "restore" anything, so the name is very misleading. They showed up without an appointment to retrieve their equipment, which is discourteous at best.

Sent 2 children for restoration after my basement flooded. They did nothing and left saying we were "all good" Basement carpet is still soaking the flooring is bubbling and the corner of a closet STILL HAS WATER IN IT.! There is not telling what is growing in the sheetrock! Services: Flood restoration, Flood cleanup

We had our house pre-inspected ahead of selling it. The inspector found possible mold in the attic. I found Restoration1 highly recommended on NextDoor and gave them a call. Mike, the owner was very responsive and helpful. Two of his employees came right out and took a look. I was provided an estimate the next day, we scheduled the work for the following week. The 2 men who performed the work were very polite and took care not to bump walls or get the carpet dirty. The work took them quite a while in the hot attic, but they did a great job, first killing the mold and then sealing it off. All for a very reasonable price. we would definitely recommend Restoration1. Service: Mold mitigation
