        I went to this urgent care as directed by my primary doctor because I was very sick with Covid. The nurse practitioner asked if I was on drugs which was very insulting being that I am a registered nurse myself and then she said I should just go to the ER that she couldnt help me. Was the most unprofessional I have ever been treated.

        Easy to be seen with the pre scheduling option. Great staff. Really happy they carried the antibiotics in the clinic I needed and saved me the added trip and hassle that comes with sending scripts over to a pharmacy.

        I despise google reviews and absolutely love the UChealth network. However, my recent experience with Frank B. at UChealth Orchards Urgent Care was borderline dehumanizing. Ive never been shrugged off and walked out on by a medical professional in my life. This is by no means a representation of UChealth but I would not recommend seeing this particular person. Im hoping it was just an off day for him because that was a truly disheartening experience for someone seeking medical attention.

        Awful customer service. Do not care if a 10yr old lays on floor in pain they still stick to their excuses. Refuses to stick to reservation times. I do not recommend this specific urgent care ever! They dismiss urgent matters so I don't recommend this place at all. I'd give zero stars if that was an option. As a previous uchealth employee I can guarantee you this is not representative of uchealth and is not good patient care at all. Patients deserve better than this excuse of care.
