H&R Block

Long story short I had to make 2 separate appointments and was told 2 different things of information and almost had to make another appointment. Then was showed that the fee was more than last time, plus more if I did it online. I feel screwed over by this company, and I hope others have a different experience.

The first appointment I had, I waited almost 40 minutes before he called me back, then he had to keep calling someone else over to help him. He needed a form I was missing so we made a second appointment for the next week. Again I had to wait and when he took me back and started pulling up the file on his computer I pointed out that he had the wrong person. He asked my name and couldnt find my file. Then said oh youre the difficult return, we transferred it to Fort Collins. He said someone was supposed to call you, well they didnt. He wrote down the name and number for the person I was supposed to talk to. Ive called multiple times, the phone is never answered and no one has returned my calls. Horrible customer service. Ive used H&R Block most of my life but never again
