Holiday Sugar Valley Estates

Found the perfect place for my cousin. Very tasty and diverse food. Served by a great staff. Friendly residents much like a family and friends. Units are well manitained by regular housekeeping and prompt preventive mainance and service. It is impressive the positive life experince Silver Valley offers its residents. They encourage a well balanced opportunity to take part or lead in engaging community activies as well. I just hope when I need a place like this it will be there for me. Nothing but props to the staff at Sugar Valle Estates. Thank you!

I now have two relatives in Sugar Valley. My mother-in-law and a brother-in-law. They each have their own apartments, one for over three years and the other for almost 2 years. They are happy to be living at Sugar Valley. Before I moved them there, I researched, visited, inspected and talked to residents in 9 different facilities in Ft. Collins, Loveland, and Greeley and Sugar Valley came out on top and was one of the least expensive of all. It still is. However, Sugar Valley does not cheap out nor are they outrageously priced. Yes, ownership changed, not management. Construction takes time, especially remodels, I know because Im a retired architect. The colors are not bland and barren, rather, they are calming and neutral. I was also a Senior Professional in Human Resource Management and I can tell you categorically, management Joice and John are very caring, positive individuals, who have been doing this kind of work for many years, and would not threaten residents who complain, in my opinion. Everyone is entitled to their opinions, good, bad or indifferent. Everyone is also entitled to ignore those same opinions.

Some of the stories Ive heard from this place since new management are appalling. Meals are old and gross, with absolute bottom of the barrel cheap ingredients. Forget anything more than 1oz of meat per dinner Its been constantly under construction, and the place is now bland and barren. They cheap out on every single aspect, and people pay outrageous prices. Finally the management threatened residents who complained. Dont get bait and switched by this awful place.
