Received fantastic treatment from the team at Foothills Physical Therapy this summer for sciatic nerve pain. The treatments and recommendations made a huge difference in my pain management and recovery.
HOWEVER, communication is non-existent. Since my last session, I have repeatedly called and emailed and received zero responses. Their billing statement says you can pay online, but there is no payment portal on their website. After weeks of leaving voicemails and sending emails, I visited their site again to see that they had joined a new network called Select Physical Therapy. This organization claims they have no official relationship with Foothills and I should contact them.
I've spent hours trying to reach someone so I can pay them, yet the billing statements continue to come. So in the end a great place to get therapy, but god help you if you need to speak to someone on the phone, need a reply to an email, or want to pay your bill. Eventually I guess I'll have to make the drive to their offices to try and see someone in person.

I went to Foothills with an Achilles tendon problem. Megan Thorburn was my therapist there.
She was very thorough in her evaluation, working with me in the clinic and setting up a program for between visits. Very knowledgeable, monitored my progress carefully, pleasant and professional. Successful results!
I recommend her and the clinic highly.

Foothills Loveland was perfect for the rehabilitation of my hip surgery. The staff, facility and professional business model was excellent! Most importantly, Physical Therapist Megan Thorburn demonstrated advanced knowledge and skill in managing my recovery. She was prompt, personable and responsive. I am very glad I chose Foothills Loveland after site visits to other providers.
