Dr Heaston and his PA are incredible! They performed a reverse shoulder replacement on my right shoulder and after 10 years of suffering the pain is gone. I highly recommend this team.

Dr. Heaston was great..at first I was frustrated he wanted me to try physical therapy before surgery..the therapy actually strengthened my shoulder and helped with a much quicker recovery. I trust Dr. Heaston 100% and will not use another shoulder surgeon.

I have never met a doctor with less compassion. He literally spent five minutes with me for a follow up on a dislocated shoulder. He told me I needed surgery right off the bat. Mind you he doesn't even know what the ligaments and what not look like considering I haven't even had a MRI yet. I asked how he knew anything was messed up in there with out the MRI. He said it was because it's my second dislocation. He hasn't even touched my shoulder yet to see what kind of range of motion I had and he's saying that I need surgery. ..to top it off the only medication I received was in the ER for the relocation of my shoulder so I asked for pain medication and he proceeded to tell me, "No. I want you to feel what's going on in your shoulder. I don't want you to mask the pain. " I would like to see Dr. Heaston dislocate his shoulder on a Saturday and go back to work on Monday and see how sore it is by 8am. All can say is don't go to this doctor unless you want to be pressured into surgery, and have no treatment for pain management.
