Recently told by staff and a supervisor, my stories did not match up from leaving a relationship a second time. Due to that person being infiltrated with the PD. I was offered no resources and made to feel like I was grounded. The supervisor was argumentative on the phone with me. Absolutely disgusting. I immediately found other services due to the treatment.

Regrettably, there are limitations to the extent of financial assistance we can offer. Although we were unable to assist with additional financial assistance beyond what was already given, we did extend shelter in our Safehouse and offered advocacy to aid in seeking further resources. Our team aims to offer comprehensive assistance to all individuals seeking support. We genuinely value every client and endeavor to provide appropriate aid based on available resources and guidelines.

I wish I could give no stars. I've been calling for WEEKS. First I was told to keep calling back daily because things could change. Finally this morning I call again and I find out I could have had a phone screening and an in person screening done this whole time to help speed this process up and make sure myself and kids remain safe. Not a good option for those needing help. Leaves you no choice but to get help from the people you aren't safe around.
