Ryan Lendrum and his team at Cross Country Mortgage made the home financing process a breeze. His team was expeditious in completing and compiling documents for underwriting review. He was easy to communicate with and knew the answers to all of my questions. I compared Ryan's rate quotes to those of other lenders; ranging from large, national banks to a plethora of other strictly mortgage lending businesses. Ryan was on top of the mortgage rate changes and kept me updated daily with rate trends; while others were much more reluctant to give such personalized attention. In the end, Ryan and Cross Country Mortgage had the best rates and some of the best customer service. Ryan and his team worked their magic to get us closed in two weeks. Our first loan had fallen through due to unforeseen circumstances when our realtor (Ola Lafrance) put us in contact with Ryan and his team at CrossCountry Mortgage. In two weeks we had our docs and closing date approved for our home. We couldn't be happier! This team is amazing. Sarah, Hilda, Tucker, and Ryan are incredible. Excellent customer service. This is our 2nd house and I can honestly say this time around was a much better experience. They are responsive and handle any obstacles with a winning attitude.
