        The staff was really polite and had great customer service. Hope (sales associate) had my watch fitted and they made sure it was kept very safe and had it all done in no time, not to bring up her charm :) will come back again.

        I cannot begin to explain how impressed I am with all of the employees at this store. They helped to create a piece that was beyond perfect while being patient and supportive. Thank you all so much. I highly recommend this store to anyone.

        My fianc and I came in to look at wedding bands and were helped by Will. Although we werent planning on purchasing anything and just wanted to get an idea of what we may like, he was so attentive and helpful. He was fun to chat with and made great suggestions around what to try on. We will definitely return to Kay to work with Will for our future jewelry needs!! :)

        I've bought a lot of jewelry from this Kay's for almost 7 years. Every time I go in there I have great service and the employees always take care of me. We went in today to get a bracelet repaired and a couple other pieces cleaned. Found some good deals on some chains for my boys. Makayla (spelling?) and Will spent some time with us today to make sure we got all of our previous purchased jewelry taken care of and our new purchases as well. Appreciate the service as always
