        As a Balance Point customer with a yearly HVAC maintenance service contract, I signed up to participate in BPs new plumbing service inspection and maintenance program. Cody Johnson arrived and spent nearly an hour completing the water heater check and our total home plumbing inspection. Without doubt, Cody addressed each of our concerns and made a number of wise suggestions that will likely save us time and money down the road. Four words that we feel best describe Cody: knowledgeable, skilled, articulate, and committed. I asked his advice regarding a continually circulating hot water pump system. He said he would e-mail me two specific products that he would recommend. I received his e-mail within the hour he left our home! With all of our HVAC and plumbing needs, we are in good hands with Balance Points quality service. Mr Johnston
