Herman and his staff were the best. His office generated a detailed floor plan within days of the consultation and every trade was on time, courteous, efficient and performed brilliant, quality work. As a former contractor myself, I realize how difficult it can be to work in people's homes. I called to schedule an appointment for a kitchen remodel. This guy immediately asked if insurance would be handling it, which I said yes and he immediately says we usually stay away from those. Thats right, they dont accept the emergency jobs because wait for it...they dont want to have to be picked between 3 different companies where the lowest price gets the job. He said they would have to itemize everything they do and wait to see if they were selected...red flags all around. After a couple minutes I just stopped him because I had already received a significant sum from the insurance company but this conversation made me question the quality of their work not to mention their professionalism.
