Absolutely got zero help . I asked them to change the bandage in my midline and they told me that they were out of supplies and waited two hours on my discharge papers .

I was transferred from fort collins to mackeee due to a heart attack. I wish I had gone directly to Mackee . the attention from my cauterization to my hospitalization was excellent. The nurses, cna and doctors saved my life. The nurses Maria, Tim, Silver and Aly are excellent and grateful to them for life, and to the CNA Sylvia who treated me excellently and shared her experiences with me. thanks to the amazing group at Mckee for their excellent service above and beyond. If I could give I will give you 10 start .

I have felt decrimated agaist. I have been here 2 hours and have not been checked on. Someone said they were bringing me a blanket, she never came back. Did a few test over a hour ago. Haven't heard anything. They told me it would be a hour. There is very few patients here. Its just odd. I feel like I should just go home. I definitely feel judged because of my financial status and a couple other things tests but haven't heard back.

Update: After emailing the address per the response from the owner I received a quick reply that assisted with my request on 2/14/22 indicating I should have my refund within 3 to 7 days. Therefore my stars have been updated. I would give ZERO stars but it wont allow! This review is to the billing department. They are quick to take your money but not when credit is due. I called January 11th after finding out from insurance I was due credit then called January 18th letting them know my insurance sent them EOB with payment on January 15th and was told Id see a credit in 20 days to my account. Still NOTHING! Called today was told 45-60 days from today Ill get credit because they go by day you call that the lady said is from todays call saying if I didnt call they process credits once a year when they do reports. Not right!
