I got an outrageous bill from this lab for services that are listed at a considerably higher price than what is even listed on the company website. The bill I received was about five times more than what they would cost at most other labs. Even with insurance, my bill came out to several times more than any other lab would charge without insurance. This must be a mistake. I refuse to pay and they can take me to court if they want. A thousand dollars for a std screening. Forget that.

Incredibly efficient and talented staff. I walked in mid morning on a Friday and I was in and out within 10 minutes. The phlebotomist was also incredible. I have pretty hidden veins and have had issues in the past with phlebotomists drawing my blood, but this visit was easy and pretty painless. Thanks!

Front desk clerk was cordial and quick. Not a very long wait. Same clerk also drew my blood. Very quick and no fuss visit.

This lab is the worst part of banner healthcare in Loveland. Days of calling with no return call just to check the hours due to labor day, the hours message had not been updated on their system. After days of no returned call or them picking up their phone on multiple tries, I load up my disabled father for blood work required by his doctor. Just to find they are closed with a condescending hand written note with a smiley face on it.
The opened urgent care did tell me they had people working on the multiple days I called and left messages. I now must cancel an important doctors appointment as there will not be time for the labs to be completed before the appointment because they could not update their system or return a simple phone call!
What a horrible place for getting labs done beware! We will be looking into UC health as we have not had problems with them answer and returning phone calls in a timely manner.
