Sunshine House of Loveland at East 18th Street

They are the absolute best in town. From management to teachers, I couldn’t find a bad thing to say about the care they have provided for our two kids if I tried. They foster a great learning environment for kids and helped make a nearly seamless transition to kindergarten. Thank you !!!

I am so thankful that I found sunshine house. Sara and Chantelle have been always helpful and Answered my questions in timely manner. The teachers are loving and nurturing. Robin, Kori and Shea were the best. The two thing I can think of that needs improvement is backyard as small babies playground have tire chips and it can hurt their little feet and in toddlers play area, there is a sandpit, small kids do have tendency to put that sand in mouth ( my son did!), The other thing is cleanliness...if they make little more effort to keep the classrooms free from diaper stink that would be great. I so highly recommend this day care center. I have so many good things to say about them I don't know where to start! I would not have my child anywhere else. I was so nervous to put my child into daycare after maternity leave as a first-time mom and we came here from a different center where I had had a bad experience. It was plain to see after only the first day that Sunshine House is a completely positive experience and they blew me away. They are more than a day care center--Sunshine House E 18th St is a home away from home for my child and I. The entire staff works with the philosophy that childcare is also about families and relationships. They make sure to communicate with me and get to know me and my wishes for my child just as they make sure to get to know my child for who she is. We are a team. The teachers, director, and assistant director truly know my child and appreciate her for who she is the same way I do, and this can be said for every child in the center. They all work so hard and with so much patience and dedication to build and maintain relationships with every individual child. The children at Sunshine House are happy, well cared for, respected, and loved so that they can learn and grow to fulfill their potential as little human beings. They are paid attention to and truly cared for. They are given boundaries with gentle encouragement, positive guidance, and love. Staff engage and play with the children while simultaneously keeping a routine going to ensure all the needs of each child are met. My child is learning so much! In the toddler room she learns through play, songs, music, stories, sensory activities, activities to develop social-emotional skills, creative activities, active play, build language, and more. She has a good relationship with her peers and it is a privilege to see those little budding friendships happening. The director and assistant director keep the center running in tip-top condition. They have high expectations of staff and only hire the best. They listen to parents and take feedback seriously. My child had incredible teachers in the infant room and now has amazing teachers in the toddler room as well. The teachers work so hard and tirelessly. I am continually amazed and impressed. I plan on keeping my child here until kindergarten if possible. We love Sunshine House!

The teachers are absolutely amazing at the Sunshine House! You can tell they truly care about the growth and development of my son. My son looks forward to going everyday and can't wait to tell me what learning experiences happened throughout the day. This is the best environment!!

I'm so glad we found a place that feels like home. The teachers, staff, and other families truly care about one another and the success of each child. I also love that we can get real-time update information throughout the day electronically (as much or as little as we want). I opt for the daily digest and it's awesome to review what they did in class and view photos of their activities after we get home in the evening. It puts my mind at ease to have a strong sense of community and comfort dropping off my child each day. This location deserves all the accolades you see here and more! Thank you so much, friends!
