I hate to give this place a bad review because Jodi did such a great job on my last haircut, I loved it & was so excited to come back to her. But I was in a time crunch so I had to make an appointment with Amy because Jodi was not available. I asked for a detailed style, length & I even showed a video of what I wanted. Unfortunately Amy just went to town on my hair, cut it a good 2 inches shorter than I wanted & did a really bad job on the layers. My bangs are uneven & one side has super choppy layers while the other is decent looking but still not what I wanted. I had really long healthy hair & now it looks terrible. The whole time I was just thinking trust the process, she knows what shes doing but I feel like she was mentally distracted & she wasnt very friendly. I should have spoken up to her but I figured I would go home & style it to see if it wasn't really that bad but its terrible. I will literally be wearing my hair up until it grows out. Super bummed. I have a newborn so I was really excited to get out & get a refreshing hair cut but now I am super stressed. Needless to say I am going to find a new place to go. Service: Haircut
