Not sure where to even start. I would give this complex 10 stars. My husband and I have lived in 6 different apartments(in another state) this one is the best by far has been the best. When moving to Colorado for the first time we were so nervous but the office staff made us feel right at home. I want to say Marlene and Alex are the absolute best. Weve had a few issues with crazy residents here and wasnt solved in a timely manner, in my opinion and also the loud people about us never got addressed the whole year living there which was very frustrating. Other than that, nothing but good to saw. The property is spotlessly clean, so beautiful with the landscaping, maintenance is also great about plowing the snow, pools are always quiet and clean, inside of the unit is beautiful plus more. HIGHLY recommend living here. We never had a parking issue because has a garage. If ever my husband and I decide to move back to Colorado, we will resign here. Absolutely love love love Railway flats. I hope management truly sees how great the property is being ran. Marlene and Alex need to get a ton of credit for being extremely professional and doing a really good job at their jobs. They go above and beyond. They deserve a pay raise. I would truly ignore the other dumb reviews. After living here, a lot of them dont even seem real. The negative reviews seem fake like they are from another property or just a angry person in general. Thank you Railway for housing our family in the time weve lived in Colorado. :)

Maintenance staff is excellent. However, Ive had nothing but issues with the front office staff. They are unprofessional and incredibly defensive about the most basic questions. I was going through a messy divorce at the time I signed the lease, and at move out, I asked a patently reasonable question about how certain nonrefundable fees are applied. I was informed I should have asked at the time of move in, even though it wasnt addressed within the lease or other informational material. My lease itself was drafted incorrectly, which they admitted, and it seemed pretty reasonable to ask. That was a fun trip down memory lane, thanks for that Marlene. One of many examples how they wont answer the question and make it your fault for asking. Move here if youd like to be guilt tripped for no apparent reason. Parking is terrible, the building foundations are settling resulting in cracks in walls and ceilings, the doors and windows wont shut properly, etc. Too many additional negative items to list. Strongly recommend any other location. Im so glad I moved away from Railway Flats.
