There has been black mold inside the washer since I moved in and Iv asked the property manager to fix this for months and they just keep ignoring it saying they will have a cleaner come out but still haven't even resolved the issue...

We came by one day to see about touring a property, but couldn't find a leasing office or an entrance. Nobody answered their phone number. A quick conversation with someone leaving the property confirmed that it's impossible to get ahold of anybody there, so I guess we'll be looking at other offerings instead.

Not a lot of parking for guests or service people but a great building in Loveland.

My experience of signing up for the apartment was really good. Ernie accommodated my work schedule to do a viewing in the evening, showed me several units, and actually helped me choose a unit suited to my needs. I was super happy to walk into that unit. He was prompt with the communication and I am looking forward to moving in.

terrible management dont move here unless you want life to be hell weve been trying to contact them for the last 2 weeks about them over charging us for rent and no one answers.
