Angela had our returns prepared very quickly. She took the time needed to walk me through the prepared return and answer all my questions. First of all, Angela does not return phone calls. She hands it off to her lackeys and doesn't give them the information they need. We have been trying to find out our taxes from last year, if we still owe the IRS and No One Over there knows anything. They sat on our taxes until after-tax Day. And flat out to our faces told us that they would take care of any incurred interest or charges associated with them, not getting it done, but we still have a letter from the IRS. My husband went down there to get it handled and they told him to go online and pay it online. I was referred to this company so I do believe that they used to take care of their customers but they no longer do.
