The Tea Spot Warehouse (No Retail In-Person)

The Tea Spot has some good tea. However, their loyalty program is inconsistent. The points I've finally earned can no longer be used for the mountain tumbler I was saving for. It's no longer an option on the program. I called to question the changes to the program and spoke with Angie. When I questioned these changes, she became defensive, loud and spoke over me. Because of this disrespect, I will no longer be a teaspot customer. Loyalty is everything in a program and in a customer - you just lost mine.

Love this company! I had tried the Red Rocks tea at a local restaurant and it was delicious! Had to but the actual thing to brew at home, will be purchasing more soon

The Tea Spot has some fabulous teas and tea blends! I'm giving 3 stars because their subscription program does not allow you to blacklist certain teas that you may be allergic to or cannot tolerate. I will upgrade to a higher star rating the second this policy changes.

I order a few teas and the boulder breakfast taste so good. Shipping was amazing too. I'll be ordering again!
