        I have to honestly say that Timberline Tax Group went above and beyond to help me in my unfortunate situation. I fell victim to a sales and use tax error. Someone filed taxes and the social security number was off by a digit and it just so happened to be my social. The state of PA sent me a $16,000 sales and use tax bill for 2019. Then proceeded to put a lien on me. It was very frightening as I had no time to prove that this was not me. Joe Stroup from Timberline Tax Group was a very great help explaining to me the step by step process to clear my name. It was a great relief to know someone really wanted to help me. A few days later the issue was resolved and the state lifted the lien. I could not have done it without Timberline Tax Group.

Erik N. was my representative and he was nothing but great, He kept me update and informed on everything. My situation is now resolved and I cannot be happier.

        My experience with Timberline has been excellent. They respond quickly to emails and phone calls if you have to leave a voicemail. Timberline people are professional, prompt, caring, and are willing to go over and above board to assist their clients. There are so many "tax relief businesses" out there that are not reputable and will bleed you dry. Timberline documents everything, and will buffer with the IRS for you. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

        The staff at Timberline treated me as a person, not just a case file or number. Although a smaller firm, the staff at Timberline did what larger company couldn't or wouldn't do. They resolved my tax issues with a plan that was very manageable for me. After the plan was in place, I received follow up call to ensure that all was well.
