Extremely rude staff. Yall are bad people

My mom was there for a short time until she passed. With what they were charging for her stay I feel her care should have been absolutely excellent. However not the case. I came many times and she was in a chair in her room with her phone and call button across the room. She was at the end of a hall. No way to contact anyone if needed. She needed help with eating. That was not done. We had family visit almost daily. We pointed out problems. Its sad with the cost of care and what you get. This place left us with very bad feelings. Would not recommend this for anyone.

The staff is great - very helpful, almost always greeting me by name. The food needs improvement - not very many gluten free and dairy options. Chicken and beef entrees and vegetables are typically over-done.

My elderly friend is cared for beautifully. I don't worry about her any more. Round the clock care, in a personal and caring manner, is there for her every single day.
