    Vicky is the best nail tech I've ever had. She paints every nail perfectly, and takes extra care to remove my old gel polish without using a sander, so my natural nails remain strong. My manicure is always totally intact until my next session too. All the Envie staff are incredibly professional and the salon is very clean. They use pre packaged sterilized tools every time, and cover foot soaking basins in plastic. Highly recommend this salon

    Came here bc my regular place was out of power due to the windstorm shutoffs. Will never come again. The lady doing my nails (trish) was also the one running the whole store. Normally thats fine at a nail salon, it means she answers the phone maybe once during a manicure. No. Not here. They were late getting to my appointment, not a big deal that happens. I was sat relatively close to the front desk so she could do both jobs. She welcomed people as they entered, told them to pick a color and sit, thats fine if your full attention isnt on me, youre running a business. But then she answered the phone multiple times, she was booking appointments, answering questions, ok now its pushing it for me. Never apologizing or acknowledging my time sitting there waiting in the middle of my service each time. Then, a lady went to pay for her mani pedi and she started doing the math on paper at my nail desk and arguing with the other technician on what services were done. At this point it was pretty unprofessional because you should just have someone at the front desk full time if this is going to happen. Did I mention she had me pay before the end of the service and I gave a 30% tip? kind of felt like I got played The peak worst part of the experience was a lady came in to try and reschedule her daughter getting her nails fixed. Apparently her daughter left really upset earlier that day and was too nervous to say anything at the time. So Trish called her over to my space. This mom was absolutely not a Karen and apologized for standing over my shoulder and felt very awkward just like I did. Trish then proceeded to have the conversation with her & pull up things like her google calendar to show how packed it is on her phone and meanwhile is still painting my nails quite terribly. She explains to the mom that the daughter should have told her at the time that she needed her nails redone and I can say from firsthand experience This is very awkward to do when you're shoving it in people's faces How busy you are and the next person is already waiting for your chair. The mom kept apologizing to me for being in my space. I also tried to help her translate bc she couldn't understand the lady's English. Basically it was just a terrible experience for me. I also have anxiety and was doing this as a treat so having a lady standing over my shoulder for half of it was really uncomfortable. Trish, never apologized or even really acknowledged that I was getting terrible service. At the end she sent me over to the desk to dry. She never checked in on me and I got up and said thanks bye and she never even looked up from the front desk where she was back to being located. I was too nervous to point out that I was unhappy with my service because she already had me pay in advance and also kept complaining about how packed they were with their schedule and the next person was already sitting in my chair by the time I got to the drying station. It's a little hard to tell in the photo and I'm only posting one, but my cuticles are still grown out onto the nail part. I have little skin shreds still and some of the nail polish doesn't even go all the way down to the base so it looks already grown out. Oh and she tried being helpful by grabbing my backpack to move it for me to the drying station, amd my phone was sitting on top and fell to the floor. I picked it up myself, no apology or recognition. Overall really unhappy with this whole experience. Im a really understanding patient person and felt kinda taken advantage of

    Just across the highway from Louisville, Envie Nails in Superior is less expensive with qualified and kind manicurists. I love the hot neck roll, and they did not charge extra for the single use nail file and pumice. I had the basic manicure, and she took her time but was efficient and included a leg and foot massage. I will be back.

    Hi. Ive been coming to this salon for years but honestly, each time it seems Im a new person off the street. Recently, I made an appointment for a gel manicure. The entire manicure and gel was all-of only 20 minutes. Ive never felt so rushed-through in my life. If youre in a hurry, this is definitely quick and for you but for anyone else, wham bam and out the door. Maybe 20 minutes is standard.

Hi Alexis - Thank you for your review. We do regret that you did not fully enjoy your last visit. With all reservations, we uphold each time slot for 10mins until arrival to accommodate any unexpected events. However, on that day, we had multiple appointments either showed up late or wanted to upgrade their type of service which resulted other reservations to be pushed back. Of course, we would never intend to have any of our clients wait any longer than they need to. Our receptionist was off as well and Trish sincerely felt bad if there were any misunderstandings. It may have been some cause from being shortstaffed and also 8 months pregnant. Of course, we don't want to make any excuses and would love to provide your next service at no additional charge, and validate why our salon was recently voted 2023 best nail salon in Boulder County :)As always, please let any manager on duty be aware if your questions or needs have not been addressed.
