Received this polisher (my third from Rupes) and after one fender, the polisher failed and is dead. Multiple attempts to contact Rupes over two days have been ignored as well as non response from Adams Polishes which sold me this boat anchor. Ive had to purchase a replacement polisher locally to finish the job. Rupes has left me high and dry!

Absolutely fantastic products! Have 3 machines. But I will say the shipping department needs some serious help. These tools are a lot of money and the repairs are not cheap either. Just received one of my tools back from repair (mini 75) and the machine was out of the rupes box inside of the shipping box. Only one piece of crumbled up paper in the big box to help protect product. Plenty of room for the rupes box to float around.
