Bill can't make a product so he blames the client for his iniquities. He constantly breaks molds and makes the client pay for his errors. He has NEVER taken responsibility for his mistakes. He blames the mold (which he had made) for any problems. He purchases cheap recycled materials and wonders why parts are junk. Furthermore he increases the amount of recycled materials in the part ( to increase profits), to the point of " part failure". Also there are constant prices increase without notice. His packaging is performed in the dirty production area leading to grease and grime on your packaging. There is a steady stream of employees coming and going due to management, this enhances chances for inconsistency and failure of product. Again, Billy will blame "YOU", the customer for his constant failures. He is NOT a team player but a selfish narcissist. DO NOT USE COLUMBINE!!!
